How do I request a new password to login to denxpert?

If you forgot your password, you can request a new password with the Forgot password? option on the Login screen.

Step 1: Select "Forgot password?" on the login page

• On the next page, enter your registered email address, if it is not filled automatically.

Step 2: Click on "Get a new password"

• If the entered email is registered in the system, we will send a password reset link and instructions on how to set up a new password to your e-mail address.

Step 3: Set up a new password

• Set a new password via the password reset link. Now you can login with your email address and new password on the Login page.

Please don't forget to check the Spam folder of your mail system in case you don't receive our email.

If you request multiple password reset, please use the link in the latest email.
