AAAUnder Software rights you can control what permissions a user has in the selected module.
You can only set software rights if you have access and can edit this menupoint in BASE.Setting rights
- Go to BASE > Software rights, and press the New button.
- At General you can configure the default settings for the rights.
- After you have selected the module you want to configure, the Menu panel on the right side of the window will appear. Here, you can set separate permissions for each menu point of the selected module.
- For certain modules (LEGAL), the Functions tab appears at the bottom of the Menu panel.
Once you have made the settings and assigned the appropriate persons, click on the Save button.
You can also change the rights of each person by clicking on the user in the Software rights tab under People.
Each user only has access to the modules for which they have been granted access rights!
