Export the dashboard
If you want to use your dashboard at e.g. a management review meeting you can export it in pdf by clicking on the PDF EXPORT button in the left top corner. In the pop-up window please choose the content you would like to see then click on the EXPORT button.
Export the details of the legislation
You also can export all the details of certain legislation with its implications with just a click. In the right top corner please use the PDF EXPORT button.
Export the list of relevant legislations
Open the Relevant legislations menu and in the top right corner click on the export button. Select “Save relevant legislation list” then click on Download.
Export of non-compliance report
Open the Relevant legislations menu and in the top right corner click on the export button. Select “Non-compliance report” then click on Download. The exported list will include a maximum of 50 legislations for which you have not complied with the implication, are in progress, or have not answered yet.
Export Permit list
Open the Permits menu and in the top right corner click on the export button. Select “Saving Permit list" then click on Download.
Export non-compliance report of permits
Open the Permits menu and in the top right corner click on the export button. Select “Non-compliance report” then click on Download. The exported list will include a maximum of 50 permits for which you have not complied with the obligation, are in progress, or have not answered yet.
Export all permit content
The 3rd option of permit export gives a full list of all obligations of all permit and all their information.
Export tasks
To export tasks, go into the Tasks menu, and in the right top corner select your listing option. Then click on the export excel icon next to the listing option.
Export Review
You have 2 options to export your review(s). In the Review menu in the upper right corner, you can export the full list of your reviews to excel. If you open a certain review also in the upper right corner, you can export the review to pdf.
